We are happy to invite you to join in the deep rooted relationship between PAW and the YMCA, a relationship whose origins date back to our company's inception.

In fact, the idea to create Pacific Athletic Wear occured in 1994 when PAW founder and president, John Hillenbrand, was coaching a YMCA basketball game one Saturday morning in Culver City, CA. During this game, the numbers on the uniforms began peeling off during play. "I could do a better job than whoever made these unforms", thought John, and from that moment a company was born.

Ever since, PAW has been custom outfitting YMCA's across the country with quality goods at affordable prices, and outstanding customer service; even serving as the sole official licensed vendor for the YMCA Junior Lakers & Shooting Sparks basketball program.
